Why the quantum analyzer can not get report on computer?

Some people ask me why their quantum analyzer can not get report on the computer.
Because the software problem?
It is software problem, also we can say it is encryption key problem.
Because the key is fake so do not open the software, device can not read date base record so result can;t be solved.
Ask others get new software still not work becasue not match.



Quantum analyzer software have to compatible with encryption key will work normal.
